Manchester clubs turning the Premier League into a two-horse race

The current English Premier League table shows Manchester City and Manchester United at the top separated by goal difference- in fact a single goal to City’s advantage. Based on current form and the ease with which they have dispatched opponents, it is hard to argue with the current standings.

Both City and United deserve to be on top. Tottenham, in 3rd place, is already 5 points behind the co-leaders after 7 rounds of EPL action. The two Manchester clubs have each conceded only two goals. David de Gea ranks as top fantasy goalkeeper in EPL followed by City’s Ederson Moraes with the Spaniard standing tall at 40 fantasy points while Ederson has 35 points based on our thorough rankings at https://eurofantasyleague.com/players/stats. Morata rumbo al Chelsea

morata

Manchester United desperately seeking a new strike force

Alvaro Morata

One of Manchester United’s biggest problems last season was their inability to kill off games. With 15 draws in their 38 matches, it was the most of any Premier League team, including relegated Middlesbrough, who had 13. In a bid to solve this problem, Jose Mourinho is on the search for a new strike force. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of contract and looking likely to head to the retirement home that is the MLS and Wayne Rooney, who has been told by Mourinho that he is surplus to requirements, rumoured to be re-joining his boyhood club Everton, at least two top-class signings up front are required.
